"Nice house, big garden but no electricity upstairs worked at all"

"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"The house was really nicely renovated and felt fresh and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. Parking was also easy and it was nice to have a little outdoor space on the patio!"

"Great location 20 mins from Sheffield and the reservoirs. Ye olde mustard pot pub 2 mins away served amazing food. We had a few power cuts early on in the week. The hot tub was excellent. Really clean with a cozy front room."
