"Very easy check in, lovely place, quiet. Easy access to town."

"We enjoyed our stay very much at the cottage, it was perfect for our multi generational family. It was exactly as advertised and the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in, We got spoiled cooking on the amazing gas stove! The cottage is about 20-25 min to Fairhaven historic district/Western WA and only 15 min to whatcom falls park, gorgeous this time of year! We would highly recommend staying here and we will be back! "Great place to relax for a few days, owners are very helpful and friendly, we were in a large rv, they took us to the local grocery store one day, farm animals on the property are fun to watch especially at feeding time, awesome place will definitely return, house is great, wood floors throughout, nice warm heat with a fireplace in the living room, comfy bed with thick comforters, plenty of windows with good views, perfect stay!!"

"Very comfortable property. Nice scenic view. We would stay here again. When asked a question, the owner was quick to respond. One note: the description did not make it clear that this is the bottom floor of a house. Everything is separate, but this should probably be clearer. We also had to ask about the refrigerator. Adding a picture of that would help. "

"The house was clean, heat was on and the kitchen was stocked with tons of plates, silverware etc. There is not a single extra towel, nor towels for the hot tub, so bring your own. The house overlooks a river and there is a footpath close by to walk down to it. Check in and check out was seamless, just follow the instructions they send in the email."

"Good: amenities around location including pools, basketball, tennis, playgrounds, location next to a river. check in/out was easy but in maple falls (one town west) Cons: no working wifi, no cell service, no AC or fans, dated but cozy"

"The cabin is in a lovely location, the bathroom and rest of the cabin was clean and it is spacious for 2 people. However, the beds are so uncomfortable as to feel like plywood, the way management communicates with you and you have to pick up the keys, drop them off elsewhere, take your trash out to the dumpster, with threats as to fees if you don't...I wouldn't stay here again. "

"We liked how close the cabin was located to the entry gate of the gated community, and how close it was to the recreation building where there were lots of things to do such as ping pong, foosball, air hockey, pool, tennis tetherball, children's playground, swimming pools, etc.... We also loved the cabin itself and especially the two recliners in the living room. We didn't like the fact that there was no internet or cell phone service, but you could walk over to the recreation building and use...

"Excellent stay! Would definitely book again. I recommend getting specific directions to the key pick up location PRIOR to getting into the area. No phone service!"

"Very good location for Mt. Baker hiking. Safe HOA community. Has everything you need to stay for multiple nights--fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer with detergent. The cabin itself is very old, lacks good lighting, has no replacement light bulbs while missing several bulbs, and may have electrical issues. "
