"The place was rustic but nice. We did have to shovel our way in, the snow on the walk was fairly deep and slippery. Enjoyed our stay. VRBO always has a lot of charges that add on to the listed cost per night that are kind of annoying. "

"I stayed here as a solo traveler for 5 nights so as to spend 4 days exploring the southern section of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. I was very pleased. My cabin was immaculately clean. The furnishings were a bit dated but comfortable. The bed was cozy and the shower water hot. The Wi-Fi connection was superb. If you want something fancy, you'll be disappointed. But if you're looking for a simple, well cared for place to stay in Honor, Michigan, this is an excellent choice. "
