Walking into your stay you will instantly take notice of the open floor-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Here, you can lounge, prepare a meal, and most importantly, soak-up family time. Get comfortable on the plush, leather seating in the living area while watching a movie in front of the heat of the gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features ample meal prep space, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. When you're ready to eat, dine at the breakfast bar, at the sizable dining table, or alfresco under a magnificent vaulted patio cover in the enclosed backyard.
The primary bedroom, an oasis in itself, offers a welcoming color palette, soft bedding, and a dazzling en suite bathroom. Indulge in self-care when you sink into the impressive soaking tub or step into the walk-in shower. Rest assured that each of your loved ones will be comfortable in their rooms with air conditioning, TVs, and homey decorations. A second en suite bedroom/bathroom upstairs is perfect for a second couple. The bunk room sleeps up to eight on four full-size bunk beds and has an adjacent full bathroom. The fourth bedroom can be used as an office, den, or bedroom and has an adjacent full bathroom.
Come evening, dip into the private hot tub, and gather around the firepit for late-night s'mores.
Additional perks include; a private washer/dryer, a Ping-Pong table, a great collection of board games and books, a pack-n-play, a high chair, five large TVs, and outdoor games. A 220 outlet near the garage door allows EV charging (BYO charging station.) A warm-water foot wash at the front of the house helps with clean-up after a day at the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
