The Eagles Perch is a luxury townhome located in the Classic Ridge section of Manzanita, offering spectacular views and sounds of ocean and mountain. A private back deck offers a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of java, relax in the mid-day sun, or possibly partake in a glass of wine at sunset. The large picture windows offer a unique view of wildlife, Neahkahnie Mountain, and the ebb/flow of the surf sitting about 120 feet above sea level. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is ideal for a small family or a couple hoping to bring their WFH lifestyle to the beach.

The 1,750-square-foot home underwent a full remodel in 2022, which emphasizes smart/sustainable design and maximizes the impact of the sweeping ocean and mountain vistas. The reverse floor plan provides wrap-around windows in the great room, dining area, and kitchen, with a walk-out deck on the second floor. The kitchen is well stocked with high-end equipment and tools, perfect for the home chef. Also, on the second floor, you will find the primary suite offering a comfortable Casper Ultra king mattress when the day is done. The en suite bathroom includes a three-piece walk-in tile and stone shower, double vanity, and luxury linens.

The downstairs (first-floor level) was designed as a flexible space to accommodate a family with children or possibly two couples traveling together. The center of the downstairs space is a TV lounge that includes a dry bar with a Nespresso machine, a tea kettle, a microwave, and a small fridge. The first-floor level offers two large bedrooms with beach and mountain views that include a queen bed and a bunk bed with a workspace. There is a private bathroom dedicated to the downstairs guests that offers modern finishes and design.

Neahkahnie Beach is a short 5-minute walk down the maintained Doris Davis trail spur, although there is a 100-foot elevation change to keep in mind. The location is about a 15-minute walk downtown, 5-minute drive to beach parking.

Great vacation
The pictures to this house do not do it justice. The house was so clean and nicely decorated. The flow was great with the downstairs for kids and upstairs for adults. The ping pong table was a huge bonus. Location was fantastic and walkable to the cute town. We can't wait to come back.

We loved this home, tucked up in the trees above the beach. Beautiful view. Super quiet. The stars from the deck at night were mind blowing. It was easy to get in. The home was very well appointed. We loved the pong pong table in the garage as well.

We loved this property! The view was magnificent and the house is so comfortable and wonderful. We were slightly under supplied with no paper towels and very little soap for the dishwasher. The dishes and refrigerator could have been a bit more Cleaned out, but overall this is an amazing property and we would stay here again.

Beautiful Views and Great Layout for Families
We absolutely loved our stay at the Eagle's Nest. The pictures do not do justice to the condo or the incredible views. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and well-appointed with everything our family of four needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The walk to the beach was super easy - 5 min on a well-groomed trail - and the walk to town was the perfect amount of exercise. By far though, the best part for us was enjoying the amazing views from the balcony from sunrise to sunset. I highly recommend the Eagle's Nest for your next stay in Manzanita and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect getaway with a view
This new construction home was the end unit and was very clean and quiet. It sits just far enough away from the town so you don’t hear traffic but on the deck you can see and smell the ocean. The amenities were well thought out as we did cook a lot of meals there. The knives were sharp and there was an immersion blender! Kudos! They made the interior lovely with their decorating tastes. I would go back again and again. My only gripe was it’s a vacasa so VRBO charges you to rent through them ON TOP OF what you pay for the house. Just go find it on Vacasa. You won’t be disappointed. And I don’t recommend children there. Staircase and nice things, just sayin
