"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was good as we are there for breakfast (amazing buffet), lunch and dinner. The fitness centre was clean and had good equipment. Hotel is a little older with lots of charm and big rooms, an update to bathrooms would be the one suggestion to consider for improving as showers were small and water pressure low. Would highly recommend staying here "

"Great, big breakfast in the hotel with lots of variety of hot and cold foods. Great views of Kilimanjaro and surrounding area from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Comfortable, clean room and helpful staff."
