"The house is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. "The owner rents out two rooms on the second floor. The rooms from each other across a 1 yard hall. There is a shared bathroom with a shower a few feet down the hall. My only problem is sound travels very easily between the rooms. Two days in a row I woke up a 5:20 am when the other renter got up to start their day. The first day I heard them using scotch tape to tape up something, the second day I heard the fumble the keys in the door lock. "

"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible.
