"The staff at this property were very friendly and attentive. Lots of sand as you would expect for a beachfront location but they do provide a broom to help keep your room clean. We just had one small issue with an older beach chair but the staff was very friendly and ready to fix the problem. I might suggest cute little door mats to help keep the sand at bay prior to entering the rooms and add a little more of a cozy flair (-:"

"We got to the hotel late. When we got to our room, it was in terrible condition. The toilet and bathroom wall was literally covered in sh! . When I showed the picture to the guy at the front desk, he was very apologetic. I would have left, be we found out there were absolutely zero rooms anywhere around Gaylord for 50 miles, that's why we ended up here. The carpets were filthy, dead bugs/wasps in the windows. Run from this place. If i hadn't had kids with me, i would have slept in my car."
