"From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were looked after very well by Phillipe, Natasha and the staff. Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was very good. However, for us the highest marks should go to to the food. The breakfast had an excellent European choice. "There is no hotel in Loches with the indicated name and address. Turns out the name and address are different! This is easily verifiable on Google. Yet, neither Wotif nor the hotel will refund us. Great service eh! First and definitely last time using Wotif."

"A very nice 3 night stay. The room was very large, the staff was very friendly, and we even enjoyed some cheese and wine in the lobby next to the fireplace before dinner. There is parking, though very tight to get in and out. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel is a close walk to the main area of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again. "
