It's just a super diverse area so if you're not used to that much diversity of course it's a little intimidating. Although the rooms are very small ( some dont have a door between shower and bed arra), and space for 1 suitcase under the bed, they ate really comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Only thing I would say is I was on the ground floor and the building appears to have radiant floor heat with no thermostat control in room. My room was very warm, I would guess about 80 deg F and I ended up opening the window and keeping it open all night even though it was about 25 deg F outside."
