"Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. "Ended up having to park in the ally as we got in very late, but had no issues with that. The second you walk in the mini split AC was doing its job.
