"When we first arrived, a few things were not thoroughly cleaned, nothing major, but noticeable. Once contacted, the property manager quickly made contact. They had a cleaning crew there right away, and everything was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again "

I was told to park out between the first gate or out on the street which was quite a walk to the actual room. We received no check in information AT ALL, so after having to ask a lady on the premisis where to go I had to reach out to the host another time for the room info. Despite reaching out multiple times for basic details about the property, we either didn’t get a response or received vague replies hours later. This should have been a red flag.
