"It’s quiet, affordable and convenient place to stay if you ski at blue mountains for few days. The only thing that I can not get used to is the AC, it’s a little bit louder than what I expect."

"Check-in process took too long and was overly complicated by staff who may not have been trained or was new to position. Conversely, check-out was a breeze and almost instant. The room/bathroom were clean. Stain spots were visible in some places on the bedding. We asked room service for a utensil during the evening hours and they responded quickly. "Was really appreciative of the staff, they checked us in early which was nice after a long drive. We ate at the in house restaurant 'Gustav' and it was perfect. Steak was cooked perfectly and the staff were wonderful. So far we are enjoying our stay! Thank you! "

"We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only 2 things that made us not give a 5 star rating is the pool was quite cold and our kiddo didnt want to swim in it. And the $8 breakfast option isnt available every day that we were looking forward to. Otherwise the staff were nice and hotel was clean."
