* If there are no back-to-back bookings on the day you arrive or leave we are normally happy to extend these times.
HOUSE RULES
We expect the house to be left in the condition it was at the start of your stay.
Neighbours – We have great long term neighbours. We respect their right to peace and quiet living. Please do not disturb our neighbours and refrain from offensive noise and anti-social behaviour. Parties, functions, loud music, shouting, loud noises and the like are absolutely prohibited.
Guests - You are strictly restricted a maximum of 12 people residing at the property.
In circumstances where our cleaner reports that more beds have been used than were booked and we believe that more people stayed in the house than were booked, $50 per person per night will be deducted from the security bond held.
Parking - Undercover off-street parking, plus parking in driveway. No parking on grass areas.
Rubbish - The council bins are located outside near the carport. Please remove all rubbish from the house and use the appropriate rubbish & recycle bins. If you are staying on a Thursday night, please put our bins out on the front natures strip.
Locks – Please keep the house locked when you are not at the property.
Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Pets - No pets allowed.
BBQ – The BBQ must be left clean after use. A cleaning fee of $50 will apply if the BBQ is left in a dirty state. This will be subtracted from your security bond
On Departure:
Security - ensure all external doors and windows are locked.
Remove all rubbish from inside the house.
Dishwasher - ensure all dirty dishes are stacked and dishwasher is put on.
Check all rooms & bedrooms to ensure all your personal belongings have been removed.
Please ensure all dishes are washed, the dishwasher is finished, clean, empty and left open, the BBQ is left clean and the kitchen is left in good order. Ensure the wood fire is closed, and all other heaters, electric blankets and air conditioning are turned off. Ensure the toaster, kettle, oven and hobs are all turned off at their source.
NOTE: It is our expectation is that you leave the house in the same order as you found it. Whilst you have been charged a cleaning fee this does not cover the house left in complete disorder.
If the house left in an unsatisfactory state then any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your security bond.
