"We arrived at this location and met with the owner and did not unpack or stay there. We have raised a claim (beware that this is booked through a separate agency Herez who once you have paid take very little interest or care. We took pictures and sent to Vrbo and Agency Herez of brown stained pillows, old bed blankets, broken and filthy shower and the whole place is old and tired. Nothing like the pictures on the website. "We booked this property as a girl holiday getaway for my 40th birthday celebrations. Overall we had a nice stay and found the location great to be able to visit some really stunning towns and villages nearby including Dome, Rocamadour and also had the opportunity to do cannoing in the Dordogne river as it’s such a great spot for it. In terms of the house itself, it had the main things we wanted but I wish the outside area by the pool would have had more greenery or at least a bit of grass....

Thank you Sandrine for the written instructions to find the house, without which we would have struggled. It is a perfect holiday home with both indoor and outdoor space. "This was an excellent property that caters for all age groups. The property was large enough to cope with 8 adults and a baby. It was a 10 minute walk out of Sarlat so easy for early morning croissants or walking back from an evening meal. We had on incident which was quickly dealt with by the owner. "The location was good and there was plenty of room for all nine adults. The pool was a great bonus and the hot tub much appreciated. We also enjoyed the table football Our property manager, Benedicte was very welcoming and quick to respond to any queries The only thing that let the property down was the arrangement of the bathrooms. "The house was exactly as advertised. It has everything you need for your stay including hairdryers! The pool is fantastic and the view from the house and pool is amazing. We spent many hours just sitting and looking! There is so much to do in the area. I definitely recommend a visit to the house and Souillac."

"Beautiful villa in a perfect location. Plenty of space for 5 (or more) adults. The villa was very well equipped with a lovely pool and garden, quiet and just a short walk into the center of Sarlat. We had a great time!"

Comfy well-maintained Hotel. Excellent location!

"Renovated old hotel, nicely done. Adjacent old town. Excellent location! Friendly and helpful check-in person. Our room, #115, was tastefully furnished and clean. (zero art, but not missed). Radiator heat, safe, refrigerator , too small area for toiletries for two, and a shower-bath in desperate need of a grab bar before someone gets hurt. Comfortable bed. Pretty good breakfast which we had once of the three mornings we were there. Parking lot, free overnight, is directly in front of hotel."

"The property was gorgeous, clean and the pool was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely family holiday. Just a couple of points to note. The beds were very very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Firm beds are not for us. The listing said hot tub. We hadn’t seen one in the pictures so guessed it was a mis-print, but to confirm there is no hot-tub despite it being listed. The WiFi did not work at all. We called the host who was very good and came straight away but could not fix it. It did not get fixed the entire week we were there. You are in the countryside in an old house so mobile data signal was patchy to non-existent within the property. This can be frustrating when planning days out (or when you have teenagers.) We had a lovely holiday and visited some gorgeous locations in the region. The property was private and clean."

"The young lady on reception went out of her way to help me get a meal as the nearby restaurant was closed and there was nowhere nearby that I could reach on foot. We conquered the language barrier and I was able to have a meal delivered. Excellent service."
