"Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost"

"I reserved this room because Expedia lists it as having AC. We stayed in Sept and there was no AC. Were told by the desk they turn it off in the fall. Expedia needs to specify this hotel may not have AC depending on the whim of the owner. Windows open with rain, bad weather, traffic and no bug screens. Pass on to another hotel with accurate description. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateau de Buffalo. The house served our needs perfectly. She's an old girl but has so much charm. For our big family everyone had their own space plus plenty of room to move around. The outdoor area is picture perfect. We dined outside several times, and you felt like you were in a scene from a movie. The caretaker, Jerome and his wife Marine, were so helpful and responded very quickly to all our needs. The location is very remote, and you will have to travel at least 15 minutes to get to a store or restaurant or train station, but it was always so great to head back to the chateau. I would recommend this house. Our family felt like it was one of the highlights of our trip."

"Stopped over here on Sunday night , lovely village easy parking. Well appointed room , very clean and comfortable Great tray supper as restaurant not open on a Sunday evening, can’t wait to return to try the restaurant too. Good breakfast. Dog friendly and to be recommended "

"Though they do not speak much English, we made it work. They were very nice and accommodating, providing a hair dryer and wi-if. It’s a nice, clean, European hotel. The restaurant meal was excellent as well. They also helped obtain a taxi when I had to leave before the office opened in the morning. "
