"Everything was great with the property, just one thing tho, there is no floor mats or rugs inside or outside the bathroom so, everytime you take a bath, living area will be wet because of you."

"My only complaint is I tried to book a door to door transfer and no one seems to care to take me seriously. We waited at the airport for a few minutes assuming maybe they don’t normally confirm any bookings as I have a room booked so any payments should be settled at the end of our stay. Then finally queued up to purchase at the terminal instead. The rest of the stay at the hotel was great. Staff were very helpful. "
