"This is a small, but lovely property, right in the centre of Etretat, but not on a main road. There was parking available in the courtyard and there is a pretty garden. Two bikes were available for us to use too. Francoise was very prompt at arriving, was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property for a visit to Etretat."

De même, nous avons regretté que le petit coin de pelouse ne soit pas tondu et entretenu pour devenir accessible."

"Avoid this property - it looks fantastic but it's incredibly poorly managed. The property manager is slow to respond. They also did not share many issues the property has, such as a defective shower which floods and is full of mold, none of the doors close properly. Also, we arrived at the property and one toilet was full of urine and smelling awful. Such a bummer but this is not a good place."

"The property fully satisfied our needs. The host, Françoise, was genuinely welcoming and provided us with some very helpful suggestions on local places to visit, during what was a totally wet week in Normandy. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable."

"The house is as described and well equipped, there was even a shopping trolley we could use. Mickael was an accommodating and responsive host. The distance to the beach was still (just) walkable with our three-year-old. No need for a car - we came by train - or even a bike within town, but we rented some for exploring further out - the Véloroute du Lin by tandem was particularly fun."

"We enjoyed our stay in this property. The weather was superb so we were able to enjoy the well-equipped garden and hot tub. The house was comfortable and had all we needed. It would have been good to have had some personal contact. Otherwise, the only thing we felt was missing was information on the various appliances and also leaflets/details of local places of interest or events. We had been to Honfleur before, but otherwise it was new territory for us."

"From the moment we rolled up to this magical home we knew we had chosen wisely. As described, it really is the only home around and the natural setting is just stunning. We spent time bird watching, star gazing, breathing the fresh air. We took advantage of our proximity to the singular Cliffs of Etretat by easily walking to the sea to watch sunsets. We used the nearby footpath into town to avoid parking hassles. Etretat was full of great spots to eat, as well as shops and other attractions like...

"Good welcome and communication with owner. Interesting area in Normandy, Benedictine Palace and Abbey in Fecamp very interesting. Etretat and Veules Sur Rose worth visiting."

"Well-modernised, clean house, ideally located for both the sea and the port leading to lovely walks. House itself was very well-equipped."

"The property is great and feels very homely. The location was perfect for us as a family with a 5 year old. Quiet but only a short walk into town. Lovely bakery right across the road too. Overall stay was fantastic, highly recommend. "

"Een grandioze verblijf gehad. Alleen in de advertentie had ik parkeerplek gelezen maar die was er helaas niet. Toen maar de auto bij de tennisbanen gezet als daar plek was. Kost alleen 35 euro per dag. Het is een werled ple alleen parkeren is een ramp "

"Plenty of room, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Overall the properties decoration was a little tired but did not detract from the comfort. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, my mum did find dust in the cupboard in her room but I think most people don't use the cupboards. Overall a beautiful property at a very reasonable price, literally 5 minutes walk from a little beach. If your after a peaceful get away it's perfect."

"The house was clean, most important . Sheets and towels were white, again important. (To me). The courtyard was charming . The location was the best. Church bells ringing, patisseries nearby , wonderful restaurants, beautiful atmosphere. The caretaker was wonderful, responsive immediately. I would only suggest an upgrade to the cooking pots. A bit worn. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Florence "

"Op de dag van aankomst zat het echtpaar Prevost ons al aan de straatzijde op te wachten. Ze toonden zich zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De vakantiewoning bleek netjes te zijn met een zeer complete inrichting. De tuin, een voormalige boomgaard was riant qua afmeting. Wat een ruimte! Het slaapkamerraam bleek defect te zijn. Verder was er geen Wifi beschikbaar. Niettegenstaande dit laatste hebben we een heerlijke week gehad. Louis en Jolanda"

"Despite the fact that the house go back to the former century it is very well maintained it has a lot of charme with a huge garden and beautifull trees. Inside the house everything is present ..just buy your fresh food and you are set . Also the location is perfect , directly near a cosy village with fresh bakeries and bouchers, only less then 20 min driving from Honfleur and Deauville."

"This home is perfect for a large group! We had 10 family members between the ages of 16 and 75, and there was space for all! It is also the perfect location if you plan to do the D-Day beaches, Rouen, Caan, or Mont Saint-Michel, which we did. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores, and the town is just lovely. "

"We love our stay for a week in this hotel. The room is spacious and the separate bedroom provides privacy. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen amenities are convenient. We love it so much and plan to stay at this hotel again when we return to Le Havre. "
