"When we arrived for check in it was extremely busy. When it was my turn I was helped but my room was ready. I wasn’t in a huge rush so while I waited for the staff to figure it out I felt bad they were so busy. Radioing house keeping trying to see what room I was in. I think his name was Joel, hope I’m right. Kept apologizing and thanking me for my patience. When they finally got it sorted I got lucky and was offered a free room Upgrade! Thank you! The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful. Even the house keeping and breakfast crews were courteous. Will stay again. "
