The facility seems to be recovering from earlier flood damage. Everything worked well and the staff were very responsive

The staff were professional and kind and when we found bedbugs they switched our room and let us have our money back- But whoever owns this building needs to put some work into improving the conditions.

The room was quiet and clean and the staff friendly and responsive. However, the first-floor hallway was dark and dingy, the A/C couldn't be turned on because the knob was missing/broken, and the outlet next to the bed wouldn't hold the plug-in for my charger, which simply fell out, so I had to plug in my phone in the bathroom.
