"The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. If you want to just relax surrounded by mountain views, enjoy a great pool, delicious food, great hospitality in palakkad then you must stay here. I know, I will"

"During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. "I haven’t stayed here because this prison even existed. They said they 9.56 mi away from the tough center which I was looking for when we went the to the youga center and then call perry they said we are 9.5 walking after your climb the mountain and then come down. I don’t trust Expedia any more also because no body call me back and if you would trust Expedia you will be stuck in the mountains somewhere out of nowhere at midnights. You will be risking your and your family life. "

"I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. I would also like to thank the ladies of the cleaning staff, Shanti and Sishwyria, for their friendless and work. The receptionist Sareeka was also very helpful. I just...
