Outside of building very rundown but interior much better. Rate was good, but i had a rooftop view of pipes etc. Air conditioning ineffective on unseasonably warm week. Very quiet and plumbing quiet as opposed to U.S. hotels, a very nice change. With some exterior cosmetic upgrades and onsite staff it would get a much better review. Convenient to restaurants and groceries. Easy motorway access. Overall a good value. "
