"We came as a large group and the Guest Relations Manager, Deniz Degerli, was so wonderful. She assisted us with whatever we needed and went above and beyond for us. She was always willing to assist and answer any questions we may have had always with a smile on her face. Our waitress, Nur, was also so sweet and very helpful. You can tell that she loved her job and we appreciated her. We will definitely use this hotel in the future as it was also very clean and the experience was great all around."

Her şey gayet güzeldi, bir tek oda çok sıcaktı, onu da pencere ile hallettik ama havalandırma daha iyi çalışabilirdi. Kurabiyesinden kedisi Garfield'a, çalışanların güleryüzü ve kibarlığından, harika konumuna ve temizliğine kadar hepsini seviyorum."

"The family room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. It had a balcony and two bathrooms. I was amazed by the hotel and the room. Its central location is a great advantage. If I visit İzmir again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone."

"After a long business trip, this place was exactly what I wanted. We were looking for a place to stay in central Izmir then we came across to this one. It is worth every penny. We relaxed, enjoyed and experienced a great cuisine. Will come back for sure. "

"Booked by low price, central location and description, so we were very pleasantly impressed by the efficient welcome and check-in on arrival, mid-afternoon, and to find impeccably clean, neat rooms. We enjoyed our cup of tea with the kettle provided, and the minibar offerings were very good (even if not used!) and noted the restaurant offered orders if required. The optional buffet breakfast gave us an excellent choice. However, it was a nice walk to the Kordon and Alsancak dining areas, very close to the tramway, so we enjoyed our 24 hours sight-seeing in Izmir thoroughly. Only slight drawback is it is in a very quiet area at night, being in a busy shops area by day. Of course, parking in Izmir is an issue, but Reception were very helpful directing us to safe paid parking. Giving friends the hotel name!"
