The apartment is located in La Duquesa with only 25 min to Marbella, 20 min to Gibraltar and approx. 1 hour driving from Malaga airport. It's a new development with new furniture and equipment.

Residencial Duquesa is situated about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. 2 minutes walk to a supermarket. You can also walk to the marina of La Duquesa and the La Duquesa Duquesa Golf & Spa Hotel. Yuo don´t need a car for your daily needs!

The complex is located near the center of Sabinillas, but at the same time in a private residential area that brings the tranquility of a residential area on the outskirts of town.

This new third floor apartment with 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, large lounge, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, terrace of 13m2, has very good qualities and is located in a new housing development. It has 4 swimming pools, green areas, elevators in all buildings of urbanization, 24h security, underground parking, 2 paddle tennis courts.
