Luxury apartment located in a private guarded domain 'La Duquesa Manilva' surrounded by beautiful gardens. This has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A large square terrace with a view of the 2 swimming pools and a children's pool complete the offer. Next to the domain is a children's playground and an outdoor fitness. The car is best left in the underground private parking because everything is within your reach: supermarket, beach and the charming restaurants of the marina are a 10-minute walk away.

Details of the apartment: 1st floor new construction with air conditioning and beautifully finished with marble floors. Spacious living room with sofa bed, dining area, flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, radio, usb .. This was our second time staying in this apartment and it did not disappoint. We cannot fault the apartment and it's facilities and the complex itself is beautifully maintained. Patrick is a wonderful host and is always prompt at responding to any questions we have. We had a small issue with sun loungers and he resolved this immediatley. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment and San Luis de Sabinillias which is a wonderful place to visit and ideal location for exploring further afield. We plan to return again at a later date

This was our third visit 2017, 2019 and this September. It was as great as we remembered, the accommodation is such brilliant value for money. Everything you need for a home from home but in a truly brilliant location. We are 67 and 63 and the accessibility is so good, from parking to accommodation so easy. The balcony is great, sleeping great, bathrooms great and everything you need to cook at home if that is your wish. The local supermarket in walking distance if you have no car but would always recommend you do to enjoy this unspoilt part of the Costa deal sol. We are well travelled around Europe using Vrbo and this is by far the best value for money. Thank you Patrick for allowing us use of your home.

Lovely, clean apartment - quiet gardens/pool area.
Apartment was clean and fully equipped. 10/15 minute walk from beach and beach restaurants and little longer to the marina (which also had heaps of bars/restaurants.) Some lovely local tapas bars and plenty of supermarkets close by. Could have done with a welcome pack / information booklet to explain where local amenities were (and how to get to the pool - which in fact was very easy once you knew how! lol ! )

Great stay in San Luis de Seballinas!
Enjoyed every day of my vacation in the Esrepona area! The appartement was perfect and the location near all services and many golf clubs contributed to make my stay a enjoyable experience. The equipment and furniture were in great condition and modern. The owner was easily reachable and proactive. The local help was also very responsive. I would recommend this appartement to anyone. Perfect apartment perfect location
This is my third stay and once again delighted . The location is excellent the apartment is perfect ... spacious with all home comforts . Lovely pool area sunny terrace . Walking distance of beach and La Duquesa port and only 10 minutes drive from Estepona . Patrick is the perfect host communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble including the friendly local team on hand for any queries or assistance. Families or couples alike will love the apartment and the area. Once again highly recommended and I will be back again soon.

Great place, once we found it!
Really nice apartment, a good pool, especially as it was quite quiet. My only complaint would be I felt I had to do a bit of chasing to actually get an address - which I never really got until we turned up at the very large complex. A simple email briefing would have helped a lot. Otherwise great (apart from being stuck in a lift, but that provided a bit of excitement in an otherwise relaxing holiday!).

Second visit to fantastic apartment and will definitely be back
This was our second stay and again have to say what a great apartment . Great position near main routes for easy access to local beaches and resorts but quiet and relaxing . Apartment is spacious with all facilities including large terrace. One small suggestion would be barbecue facility to take advantage of the local produce but this is only a small personal preference and I cannot fault the abundance of home comforts this apartment has to offer. Smooth keyholder process and as always Patrick the owner available for any queries . Superb !

Just returned from a 9 day stay at the apartments and all I can say is first class. Everything is provided to make you feel at home. A well equipped kitchen making eating in a real pleasure especially on the large spacious balcony with good seating and even a cumpfy chair to lounge on with a cover. The 2 bath rooms are excellent plenty of hot running water and soft lovely towels. The bedrooms are large good beds and nice soft bedding. The lift access made car parking a real easy system and bringing in shopping a sheer pleasure no lugging up stairs with suitcases etc. The arrival was made simple as Kevin met us at Lidl and led ids to the apartments. Thank you for your support and Jose. I would not hesitate in awarding 5 stars. The pool is brilliant again easily accessed through the car park and by the lift so no problem getting sun beds down to enjoy the outside space. The pool and gardens are immaculately kept. It is well placed to walk to all amenities there is a good mercadona supermarket within 10 minutes walk and is good for everything. Lidl is 5-10 minutes in the car. We had a car which made access to everything great but you could enjoy the town and local services without. My only suggestion would be there needs to be a visitor book with information about local services and the local area and a place where visitors can pass on information and recommendations about places to visit eat etc. We have used owners direct several times and have always found this useful and enjoyed listening to other people's suggestions etc. Once again thank you for a brilliant stay when we return to the area we would not hestitste on returning here 5 stars and more.

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location
Best apartment I have stayed at. Spacious and stylish with all home comforts and facilities . Two large bedrooms huge sofa bed in lounge and two bathrooms so plenty of room. Sunny terrace. Easy access to main roads close enough to Marina to walk yet quiet and relaxing location . I have stayed many times in this area and this is my favourite holiday. Patrick is amenable and helpful nothing too much trouble including a later check out as we had a late flight. Key holder was helpful and friendly and both he and Patrick available for any queries. Excellent wifi . I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and will certainly be returning.

Spotless, perfectly appointed apartment.
The apartment was simply but tastefully appointed with everything we could need, plenty of towels. Even did a load of washing whilst we were there. Rained the first 2 days and was a bit chilly so was nice to be able to put the heating on. View from the balcony was lovely. Contact with the property management company was really good, very friendly and even got us the wifi password as there is a router in the apartment.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage...
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Manilva verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/ Agentur verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber ein Staubsauger war vorhanden, so dass wir kurz durchgesaugt haben. Aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Die Gartenanlage als auch die Pools sind sehr gepflegt. Wir können das Appartement weiterhin.

Très bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire, une vue imprenable sur la piscine de la terasse, et un petit bout mer. D'ailleurs la mer n'est qu'à 15 min à pied, ainsi que le centre ville avec tout le nécessaire au niveau des commerces. A recommander sans modération.

Unas vacaciones perfectas, no se puede pedir más
Al llegar nos atendió una agente de la inmobiliaria y desde el principio fué muy atenta, nos acompañó al apartamento y comprovamos que en las fotos se queda corto. Amplio, equipado, limpio, con muchísima luz… El entorno es muy agradable, lleno de zonas verdes, y la ubicación, a pesar de estar un pelín apartado de la playa, es perfecta si buscas tranquilidad. De todas formas en 7-8 minutos andando estabas en la zona de la playa, todo muy bien comunicado. Hay dos parques enormes para niños y zonas de juego. Un supermercado muy cerca y a unos 5 minutos bares y cafeterías. Por poner una pega los mosquitos y otros insectos, pero es normal, la zona de alrededor es muy verde y hay muchísima extensión de terreno. Sin dudad es un lugar donde no nos importaría volver para una escapada u otras vacaciones. Muchas gracias a la agente que nos trató fenomenal

Super Apartments für Familien mit Kinder
Das Apartment ist super. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt beim Apartment ist, dass es nur einen Kleiderschrank gibt und unsere Kinder aus dem Koffer leben mussten. Der Pool ist super und ist ein Top für die Kinder gewesen. Supermarkt, ein Park und auch der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
