Lovely 3 bedroom townhouse with sea views located jsut 10 minutes walk to Duquesa Port, the beach and beach clubs.

The property is built on two floors. At the entrance there is a private parking. You access the house via a hall where you find the lovely fitted kitchen with access to a small Patio. From the enntrace you have acces to the large linign dining room and the lovely terrace. Steps up you reacha the three bedroom and two bathroms. once of the bedroom has an extra bed. Sleep max 7.
