Great views, loved the house
This home had great views and was in a perfect location allowing us to visit nearby places. I expected the property to be a house and to have a private pool. By looking at the pictures when I booked. My mistake, I should have read the description detail. I just don't think the pictures should look like a private house rather than a townhome with a private pool. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

*****Traumurlaub an der Costa del sol*****
Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus an der Costa del sol. Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Wir haben das erste Mal ein Ferienhaus und bei FEWO gebucht. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, die Bezahlung sicher und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vorbildlich. Wir würden wieder über FEWO buchen und auch das Haus können wir nur empfehlen. Allein der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer, Gibraltar und bei guter Sicht bis nach Marrokko ist unbezahlbar. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub notwendig ist. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprachen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die liebevolle Einrichtung lässt einen sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Ein Mietwagen ist nötig, da das Haus auf einer Anhöhe gelegen ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Empfehlen können wir Gibraltar, die Atlantikküste, die Altstadt Marbellas, Mijas (mittwochs kostenloser Flamenco 12.00 Uhr), Casares (Restaurant " La Bodeguita de en Medio" am Plaza de Espana besuchen, leckeres frisch bereitetes Essen), Strandpromenade von Sabinilla argentinisches Restaurant "El Estribo" super Service und Essen, Hafen von Duquesa viele Restaurants und Sommermarkt in den Abendstunden. Die Hausverwaltung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir wurden bei Ankunft zum Haus gebracht. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. FAZIT: ein wundervoller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung, ein super netter Vermieter und eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Von uns gibt es dafür 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Un agréable séjour, coté logement, la villa est digne du 5 étoiles. on ne manque de rien, confort et loisir, un bon voisinage. une résidence propre, calme, piscine et jardins très soignés par une équipe discrète et compétente. les matins donnent envie à une randonnée ou à un footing dans les montagnes. une vue panoramique sur la mer, Gibraltar et les cotes Marocaines. une voiture est indispensable pour le shopping, la bonne restauration ou pour les plages. un conseil si vous ne connaissez pas bien la région comme nous, munissez vous d'un gps, vous optimiserez votre séjour. Le propriétaire réponds à tous les appels !message et téléphone).

Traumhafter Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern sogar übertroffen. Bereits beim Eintreffen ist uns aufgefallen, wie überaus sauber und gepflegt das Haus ist. Wir verbringen unsere Sommerferien jedes Jahr in einem Ferienhaus, doch nie zuvor ist uns ein so gepflegtes Objekt untergekommen. Der positive Eindruck hat sich in allem fortgesetzt: Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll, es gab viele liebevolle Details, die dem Haus einen ganz eigenen Charme verleihen. Ausgestattet ist das Anwesen nicht nur mit den notwenigen Gegenständen und Geräten, sondern es erfüllt alle Wünsche, die man sich vorstellen kann, beginnend mit 3 unterschiedlichen Kaffeemaschinen, hochwertigen Küchenmaschinen, Salatschleuder, wunderschönem und reichlich vorhandenem Geschirr und Gläsern, aber auch Dingen wie Fondue, Schnellkochtopf oder Mixer. Erstmals in unserer "Ferienhauslaufbahn" hatte ich nicht das Bedürfnis, alle Gegenstände vor dem ersten Gebrauch noch einmal zu spülen ;) Für unsere 3 Kinder war natürlich auch der "Keller" mit einer Xbox, Kinnect, Airhockey, Tischtennis...ein absolutes Highlight und wurde nach einem Tag am Strand oder Pool auch gerne genutzt. Aber nicht nur das Ambiente innerhalb des Hauses, sondern auch ausserhalb hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Besonders von der Dachterrasse kann man einen herrlichen Blick sowohl auf den direkt an das Haus anschliessenden Pool, als auch auf das Meer und Gibraltar werfen. Hochwertige Rattanmöbel und je nach Stimmung ein Schatten-oder Sonnenplatz - kurz alles, was das Herz begehrt. Auch die 3 zum Anwesen gehörenden Pools sind wunderschön und wir hatten stets mindestens einen der Pools für uns alleine (sie liegen alle nicht einmal eine Minute voneinander entfernt, es kann also nach Belieben hin- und hergewechselt werden). Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollte evtl erwähnt werden, dass eine Schwimmhilfe notwenig ist, da die Pools meines Wissens nach alle an der niedrigsten Stelle 1,70m tief sind. Die Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthaltes Anfang September haben sich stets zwischen 32-38 Grad bewegt. Deshalb haben wir es auch als recht angenehm empfunden, dass stets ein wenig Wind geweht hat. Allerdings sollte man erwähnen, dass der Wind abends öfter doch etwas stärker wurde, jedoch niemals in einem Maße, das es uns nicht mehr möglich gewesen wäre, die Terrassen zu nutzen. Alles in allem können wir dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es hat uns nicht nur an nichts gefehlt, sondern wir fühlten uns zu Hause.

Fantastic vacation house for family with kids
Very warm, stylish and comfortable house beautifully decorated and located in a quite and safe place. We really enjoyed our stay in this property. You have absolutely everything you may need during your stay - all staff for kitchen, games for kids etc. The location is perfect - you can visit Gibraltar, Sevilla, Ronda, Mijas, all water parks and other parks for kids are within 1 hour distance. We really recommend it for family with kids for nice sunny holidays!

Un séjour de rêve
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette superbe villa. Très joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée, prestations de qualité. Très dépaysant et vue grandiose. Dommage que les enfants n'étaient avec nous, ils auraient adoré le billard ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les soirées sur la terrasse avec la magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous reviendrons ! Luxus-Frühling im Winter
Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in der ersten Februarwoche dort, um dem Winter in D zu entfliehen. Gute Idee: Angenehme Temperaturen und Ferienstimmung mitten im Winter. Das Haus ("Villa" trifft es in diesem Fall wirklich besser) ist tatsächlich sehr schön und toll ausgestattet in einem mediterranen Ambiente. Platz gibt es mehr als genug, und der Pool ist zu der Jahreszeit natürlich eine gute Alternative zum Meer, welches aber für Unerschrockene gleich um die Ecke liegt. Schön anzusehen ist es aber auch zu dieser Jahreszeit. Bestimmt kommen wir im Sommer nochmal wieder. Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm & professionell, und vor Ort war alles vorbereitet und gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Claudia & Lars
