This villa is an ideal sun and beach escape. Lots of room for privacy with 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 4 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a private pool, outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and hot/cold sink, outdoor seating on 3 terraces and a pool deck, sea and mountain views. The villa also has secured private covered parking for 2 cars with access to the villa via a set of stairs. Perfectly located just a 10 minute walk to beaches, promenade and Duquesa´s marina with it´s wide choice of restaurants and bars. In addition there are a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and a gym just a couple of minutes walk from the villa.

Great place with good amenities close by
Our week at the villa was great, the place was fantastic. The only issues were that there is no safety deposit box available for use so we had to carry passports around. The villa had alarms but if you are out and there is a break in by the time anyone reacts to the alarms your items would be gone. There was also an issue with the pool which we reported to the management company, the pool man did attend but it did not seem fix the issue properly and the filters did not seem to work so we did not use the pool as intended. Apart from these two issues which are easily fixable the place was fabulous.

Fantastic Villa
Everything we could have possibly needed, well equipped, safe, secure, comfortable, clean & modern. Lovely pool & bbq area. Not to far of a walk to the main centre. We all had a lovely time.

10 days family holiday
One of the best villas we've stayed in recently, clean spacious, with a fantastic outdoor area and BBQ. Location is fantastic, a short walk to nearest supermarkets and just a little further to beach, restaurants, harbour and everything else we needed. Some minor work needed to be done to the villa but was sorted quickly. Would be more than happy to stay here again.
