Third time staying on this hotel,the exterior looks old but the cleanliness is superb. The area is safe walkable to Alabang town center and Molito wherein plenty of restaurant options and shopping. 10 Mins drive to SM southmall and Festival Mall. Transportation is very accessible. The staff here are all friendly,especially the Morning shift security guard, who always greeted you with a warm smile. Definitely will stay here again.

Pool was a little small but a very nice, clean, up to date hotel with friendly staff. Came with a buffet style breakfast that was good enough. Sometimes it lacked on selections, but good enough.

U Hotel Makati 👌
Overall great stay! (I extended for another week) My booking included the free breakfast which the food and service was wonderful. Also really convenient to walk to nearby stores and restaurants especially during this rainy season. WiFi is not too bad especially for taking international meetings for work. A bit spotty but I think the storm contributed to that.

Bed is good and room size decent. Staff good. Water pressure and hot water is an issue in some rooms. Breakfast is so so. Nice guard and doorman.

Our over-all stay was great except for the breakfast buffet. Bread was dry, food was cold except for the omelette which was freshly cooked but was very, very runny that I did not give it to my child. It was only 830am and yet no refills were being made. No fruit was in sight and we had to go to the far end of the restaurant just so we can ask water from the server. We barely ate anything so we just ordered food from outside. Hope you can improve your buffet breakfast and at the very least keep the food warm if you cannot add more choices.

This place is clean, nice staff, and decent hotel restaurant. Family mart and 7/11 very close. Alabang town center and Molito both offer tons of dining options and a short ten minute walk. No pool. Alabang is not Manil rather iBhotel and all hotels in this area services Alabang, Cavite.and not bad if your layover. (30 minutes to airport)

10 mins walk to alabang towncenter and Molito Mall 10mins drive to festival mall 20 mins drive to SM southmall Near sky way to go to makati,manila and Airport Quite but outside there’s nothing much to buy there’s only one convenience store. Old hotel but clean although need to upgrade already.Like there’s rain shower head but it will be good if have another handheld shower head. No shower cap. Hair dryer not strong enough. No vault to keep important belongings.No flat iron. Breakfast also need to improve varieties . Overall experience really good. I feel safe and all the staff are friendly,easy to book a grab.
