We have 2 (1) bedroom units across from each other at S Residences. Units are fully furnished and beautifully decorated. Our goal is to make it hard for you to want to leave the space and explore everything S Residences has to offer, such as within walking distance to MOA.

7)The building is new and the building staffs are unbelievably helpful and courteous.
Our place is very cozy. We have designed it to make you feel comfortable and at home.

*There is a gym and it is FREE for all listed guests staying 30 days or more, otherwise there is a gym for fee in MOA (5-10 mins walk from S Residences).
*The lobby can also be used to entertain guests.
*The building has a function room that you may be able to rent for a good price.
* Currently, SDMC Charges P150 per person per day for regular days and P300 per person for holidays. Pool is open from 7AM to 10PM. Only 4 people are allowed to access the pool per unit.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please inform our staff 24 hours prior to arrival to include your name on the list.

**THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND**

We will meet you at the lobby of Tower 3 for check-in.

As soon as you book, we will send you a welcome email with all the information you need. It is important that you send us back the information we need (ID, contact info, check-in and check-out time, names of occupants) so that we can take care of all the details for you.

A. Check- in (2:00pm) and check-out time (12:00nn)

Q. Do you allow early check-in?
A. We normally allow early check-in if the unit is available (no client checking out before you). This is because we need time to clean and make sure the unit is ready for you. If they check-out early, we will let you know right away. It's just that we cannot guarantee.

Q. Do you allow late checkout?
A. We might allow late check out if there is no client checking in before you. There would be a minimal fee for late check-out. But again, we cannot guarantee.

Q. Do you have parking space available?
A.Yes, we have available parking space in Shore 1 & 3 Residences, Fame 3 Residences, Red Residences and Bloom Residences.
