Itās okay
The place needs improvement especially the bathroom. Where we stayed water is all over the bathroom when showering. Location is closed to everything. Transportation is easily available. Close to MOA. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We were supposed to be in one room but weāre given two rooms. Different floors. We were placed at the crowne tower which the OFW have rooms for their guests. So I donāt know how the original OFW place looks like. No place to have breakfast in the morning. You have to go to seven eleven to buy your coffee and something to eat. You also have to walk around to find a place to eat. Thereās a lot of vendors outside (Baclaran). Weāre right in roxas blvd.
I have to get another accommodation nd leave the place after 1 night because of the state of the room given to us. It smelled bad. Aircon not cold enough. Smoke can be smelled from our room. And there is no help from the people there, if there is one.
Didnāt expect luxury for the price but the description is a complete lie. Advertised as free pick up drop off from / to airport we paid both ways. Advertised as bay view room lol got a locked tinted window. Not an hotel at all itās a flat with 3 rooms in a dilapidated building surrounded by slums and a motorway. Unsafe noisy and filthy. Family looking after the rooms live behind a curtain in the hallway. Mould everywhere in bathroom. Saw a mouse in the corridor. Only good thing the air conditioning worked well and the daughter was friendly
Ghetto. I would definitely avoid. Upon arrival, room was not available despite the prepaid on hotels.com
The room was under renovation and they were unable to house us due to the toxic smell of varnish.
I was obliged to rebook somewhere else last minute.
The girl at the Ā«Ā front deskĀ Ā» was very nice and did try to find us a solution but there were no alternatives since we were 6.
The place is awful. The toilet does wonāt work, no toilet paper , no soap and shampoo , the room is super ugly . They have to call plumber to fix toilet while I was there.
The place is too crowded. It is like in the middle of the squatter's area. The building itself doesn't look welcoming and dirty. I would not recommend this to anyone. We ended up in a different hotel. Lesson learned: get a descent hotel next time. Don't be cheap when you book a hotel especially if online booking.

I have booked for a Deluxe Room with Oceanview but it was totally different when I got there. Management said the the room I have booked was not available. Instead they give me a superior room, not even a window, your hear all this noise from the hallway, tv is not working good, and washroom not clean, I felt rip off!! I felt like I booked an Business Class but they give me economy, itās very frustrating, I wonāt be coming there at all and wonāt recommend it to my friends
I received an email from the hotel providing directions and such to the location. Once arriving I was shown to a room that had no window, looked like someoneās dirty bedroom, the room and hotel was obviously not the one I booked online which was a room with water view and two queen beds. It was almost as if someone is intercepting the bookings being made online and routing them to this other facility. There was no hotel lobby just a random guy at a small desk who called someone on his cell phone. A lady in her pajamas came down and walked me up to the room. I did not even stay the night.changed my cloths and checked into another hotel. (Once again I do not think this was the hotel I booked but was somehow routed there via emails received through hotels.com website)
I booked for a condo unit with 3 bedroom for overnight with my family. I thought we will have our own condo unit but it is a shared unit with the staffs and reception area. So inside the condo unit were our 3 bedroom, reception area, staffs room covered with curtains, their kitchen and I think there is another room for another guess. It is really not what I expected. One more thing is the building it is very low maintenance. We were at the 17 floor and only one small elevator working and only 3 person allowed inside or else it will keep beeping. The only positive thing is the staff they are so friendly and accomadating. But overall I will not recommend this place. They call it hotel but it is not. Price is also expensive. Better go to sogo hotel much better. If only I can refund my money and leave right away but I can't.
I dont even know from were to start! we choose this apartment because we wanted something just next to the airport and we choose this even being a bit more expensive then the other because they offered free shuttle. well... we wait more then 30 min and we just decided to get a taxi... it happens this is not a proper hotel... it seems they have just some rooms in a building so you dont have like a real reception... the room was absolutely terrible! what to say about cleanness when you get in the bathroom and is a cockroach walking around the bath.... in the announce it says powerful shower with hot water... this dosent look powerful and after 5 min of water running still not hot water... the room was extremely noisy since faces a very busy avenue (the pic was at 5am!). as well the room faces a casino and all the lights came directly in your eyes... the room had just the thing yellow curtain... we manage to hang the stripe fabric we found in the cupboard to try to stop the light... we just wanted to have some rest before our long trip back to switzerland and we probably would have had more rest staying overnight in the airport. we trusted the reviews, photos and description in hotels.com and we were very disappointed how different was the reality... we never had this before.

sorta a hotel in an office building, but it worked
Wasn't sure it's a real hotel. rooms in an office building about 17th floor up.. very sketchy area.. but get transportation there and you're ok inside.
But it was clean, people were nice working there and they got me back to the airport.
Only purpose for this place would be to sleep for a bit before you need to get to Terminal 1.
You would never wanna go walking around this neighborhood.
They didn't gave us the promised beddings, which was 4 queen size bed and 3 bedrooms airconditioned, we only received 3 queen sized beds 2 air conditioned room, the other room was only.covered with a curtain and with a fan without aircon and 2 double deck bed, floor was dirty, it stained my sister's pants, but the service was good and friendly staffs, but uncomfortable using the elevator with a capacity limit.of 5 person and only one lift was working, the other one is broken, 17th floor and we need to travel up and dowb in 2 to 3 groups
Nice owners, but this isn't an actual hotel. It's in an old building, on the 17th floor. A renovated office building partially turned into a "hotel". The hotel is not easy to find. It took our taxi an hour to get there from the airport. Locals there have not heard of this hotel and couldnt tell us where it was. There are no restaurants near it. Not really an ideal place to stay.

Excellent customer service.
The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable with fabulous pillows. There was no shower curtain but so what if your with the one you love!! The bathroom was also spacious.
The views (I was on the 17th floor)were stunning, from the sea to right around the city.
This is easy to explain, Right outside the Manilla airport is a very difficult area for the un- initiated. Although the owners of this high rise have attempted to create a safe atmosphere, it is very hard to get a taxi in there. However, the adventurous sort can have a high rise with a view for very very cheap.
Be prepared to know how to get in there as the lane right next to the highway that serves this hotel is an auxiliary road that is essentially a very rough area that is common outside the airport. Have a plan to get in there and you will stay in a high rise.
