My daughter got issue with some bad smell, the staff did good job in checking where the smell came from and her concerns were addressed.Grandkids love the aquaroom and when have chance will go back there.

The principal concern I have regarding this hotel is that, as a senior citizen with difficulty walking stairs, the accessibility features are inadequate. While the hotel boasts a pleasant pool, the water temperature is somewhat cold. The pool is accessed via concrete stairs, which lack the necessary metal railings for support. This poses a significant risk for individuals with balance issues, as the potential for falling is considerable. It is imperative that the hotel management considers the installation of railings to enhance safety for all guests utilizing the pool. The best thing about the Hotel is the restaurant. They have a great breakfast buffet.

Great hotel. Clean. Comfortable. But remember there is an Ocean Park attached to it. Keep it to a few days and remember it is busy.

The room was very nice we had a full aquarium for the entire wall by the bed. Very cool. The downside was there was no pool that was really usable. If you are not focused on the pool it’a a very good hotel. Amazing for kids theres so many activities for them. Maybe better as a family hotel with children.
