Nothing is unique its the most terrible experience in any hotel property.
The staff is so horrible they didn't pay attention and servicing while there on their phone...the room is so smelly....a/c you have to wait for 1 hr or more before you can feel it..tv has no remote. The room was deteriorated...the bed is squeaky all the time.
It was a horror stay. I was expecting that I will be staying in a clean, nice ambiance. We don't even take a shower because the CR was not that clean and with bad smell. ceiling has marks of water leaks. blankets and towels are so old. The hotel was so pricy compared with other hotels nearby. Breakfast was not good. dining area smells not good its because its near the Toilet. We planned to transfer to other hotel however payment was not refundable so we dont have a choice but to wait till morning. We leave the hotel early because we cant take the ambiance. The sofa in the reception area was soooo creepy. over all, its not recommendable. Though the guy attendant was polite and customer focus.

It's ok but no wifi
You said it's a free wifi hotel and nothing worked.
room was noisy because of buses in the terminal; mrt on the other side of the room; stock piling by the bus terminal on one side of the room.
poor maintenance in rooms since the comfort room had molds in some corners.
staff in info were not accommodating as they were always watching on the net. however, kitchen, housekeeping and bellhop were very helpful.

great location to catch victory liner
only booked this hotel because it was above victory liner terminal very didn' t bother us but if you want quiet don't stay here only good for quick stay
I will never stay at this hotel again! The hotel room was musty, curtains were askew and dingy, no tissue in the bathroom (we had to ask before they gave us toilet tissue! Breakfast came an hour after we ordered it and the bacon was undercooked and soggy! No eggs either, which should be standard for hotel breakfasts. I also was not able to get access to the internet through their wifi until the second day of our stay, after I told their IT guy that their router seems to have MAC filtering on, which was obviously the case because when I told him that, he apologized right away and said he would reset the router. Even then, it took another hour for internet to become available to my devices.
