I stayed at the Go Hotels Ermita before, but I found that the room conditions have gone down too much even for the lower price. Additionally, I only had one working electrical outlet in my room, cold water in the shower, plus my room was just beside the elevator 1115 so very noisy all the time.
The hotel was in a location for what we needed. The room were clean and comfortable. Wish there would have been a small fridge or coffee maker in room,

Our reservation was made through Hotels.Com, and we reserved 7 rooms in one reservation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, finding our reservation at the front desk took so long. Hotels.com reservation system and this hotel's reservation system are not well connected. It should be improved. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast at all. If so they should not be mentioned on the website.
It was unique coz free stuffs you need to pay… like toothbrush, toothpaste and hotel slippers there’s a charge. Not like the other go hotel. It was cleaner and have free of stuffs as mentioned above except no hotel slippers.
We have an appointment at US Embassy, cellphones and other gadgets even an Apple watch and remote car keys are not allowed. Valuables were secured because they have a safety box/vault (it has an instruction on how to create your own code, OTP every use) This place is cozy and eco friendly (they give paper cups and they have water dispenser each level. It's just a spontaneous overnight stay at Go Hotels. 10 mins. booking on this app, and we're good. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Everything went smoothly with my stay. I missed reading the the property was a quarantine facility. They required a vaccination card. (I routinely carry mine when I travel.) Comfortable bed decent sized room with a safe.
Room 1421 exhaust fan or vent does not operate and it is soooo dirty. There is no maintenance check on this one for sure. The smell of the room stinks like a rotten rat or a sewage canal from a pipe. Once you open the door, boom, vwalah!
You may get used to it once you are immune to the smell but to those who are allergic, you will suffer. They let us stay in this room because they said there are no rooms available but when we arrived, there are many rooms in the hallway where left open and vacant.
This is hotel hell. The manager was extremely rude. Rooms have paper thin walls or adjoining doors so you can hear everything in the next room. Absolutely terrible.
