Price is cheaper than most hotels but don’t expect hotel like conditions. Linens pillows are really old and looks dirty. I saw cockroaches everywhere including the breakfast area.

Location is great but the room needs more fixing. Drawers with broken handles… I’ve seen cockroaches inside the room. Hate to say this but it’s good to have free breakfast but my wife was disgusted seeing a small cockroach in the salad section inside the cucumber bowl.

Best bang for buck! Literally opposite SM mall with super dining options on level 2 and 3 ( ditch the food court) Not as crowded as Makati but close. If there is a lot of traffic, the train is literally a 10 min walk or less

The location is nice because it is directly across the street from SM Mega Mall. The lagoon pool was nice for our daughter to spend some time in. We were able to cook our own meals (you have to request cookware). Only real downfalls were that parking was paid (300 php/night) and there were some cockroaches in apartment. Staff was pleasant and accommodating to our requests.
