The pictures of the property on Expedia's site are misleading as is the name. It is not an Apartment, but a 3 storey building. Also, it's located in a slum with streets so narrow that Taxi Driver's were very reluctant to go to it. That being said, the staff are very helpful and accomodating

Front desk staff tried to charge for airport shuttle returning to the airport. Make sure to show the booking page that says free shuttle. They will try to charge you.

The shuttle drivers were great and prompt. That was the best part of our stay. We felt we were mislead by the description and pictures of the property. We chose to stay here because of its proximity to the airport, free shuttle, and free breakfast. When we got to the property, we were told the shuttle was only free one way and that our room didn’t include a free breakfast. The online pictures did not match reality.The shower had no curtain and water splashed on the toilet. The room rate was reasonable, but we would not stay there again.

Pro: Very near to airport, with shuttle service (need to pay). Con: There was no blanket provided for the rooms. Each room/bed has only 1 thin bedsheet. So I paid extra to get 2 more bedsheets so to be used as blanket for sleep.

We were disappointed with the service we received during our stay at Alicia Apartment. I booked this apartment in August 2024 because they advertised for complimentary breakfast and free shuttle drop-off to the airport. We didn’t get any complimentary that they advertised. The place is not a Good place. We wanted to stay there for one night and then go to the airport the next day.
