Chalet Paralpin is an OVO Network property. It is a three-storey chalet for 12, with five en suite bedrooms.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

It's in a great location, with the beautiful village of Manigod 3.5km in one direction, and the Croix Fry ski station 3.5km in the other.

There's no better way to end a day in the mountains than with a soak in the hot tub - and the view of the Aravis mountains from the tub at Chalet Paralpin has to be one of the best!

The chalet has two double bedrooms, two family rooms each with a double and a single bed, and a twin room. We love the fact that all of the rooms have en suite shower rooms, and there's a WC on each floor.

The two seating areas are also a great idea - a fixed sofa and bench seating by the fire in the main living room, and another TV/games room on the top floor, where younger guests can play or watch a film. The kitchen is open to the dining area, but has everything you need if you're cooking for yourselves.

There's good storage too - the double garage has a ski store and boot rack and there's room for other outdoor gear.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

For guest safety, the trampoline is not available from the end of the October/ November school holidays, until the end of April. As reminder: pets are not allowed. For everyone's comfort, this chalet is shoeless (with a dedicated space to put them down inside) In the event of damage or if the water in the jacuzzi becomes too dirty, an additional charge of €100 may be deducted from your deposit. NB: The espresso machine is a bean-to-cup coffee machine.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Bon séjour
Belles prestations...Propreté, équipement OK; Trois remarques: le salon mériterait d'être plus confortable; les poubelles sont au moins à 2 Kms et pas de container dans la maison; le propriétaire très gentil, très pointilleux voire maniaque qui insiste sur le ménage alors qu'il est inclus dans la prestation. Enfin, dans le contrat signé avec le proprio, le montant du loyer est de 2640 euros tout compris + 231 euros de taxe de séjour... restent 760,09 euros...s'agit-il des frais d'agence ( 29% !!!) ? Merci de me répondre.
