"Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning. "The location and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. If you are looking for time out, this is the place to stay, amazing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Menu options were good and prices not bad. Will definitely stay here again and bring family and friends. Recommend the hotel updates its website pictures, there is so much more to show. Please improve the instructions hiking and mountain climbing."
