"The hotel impressed me! I wasn't expecting much judging by the photos. The rooms are renovated and super clean, the beds are comfortable, and the a/c works perfectly. They have a game room, two indoor pools, and a hot tub. The pool area was clean and huge! A fantastic place to spend quality time with the family! I also discovered a fire pit outside. The parking is accessible. The only thing is that when checking in... you have to go to the back of the hotel. They sent me a message saying they would call me for a late check-in, but I never got the call. I spent five minutes searching for the right building in the rain; I called, but it went to voicemail. I checked in late at night, but the front desk staff was very servicial and explained the amenities. I suggest to the hotel to explain the check-in location better or have large signs directing guests to the right place, and at least have bottled water in the refrigerator. I will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"We stayed due to being at Hershey and were very pleased. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but they said by summer they will have more. "

"Staff was very accommodating as I was almost a whole hour early for check in. The pool was perfect for my visit. The grandchildren loved it..however I wish I knew the hot tub was out of service. Thus far its a beautiful hitel as the libby was decorated for the holiday. I will be returning 🤗 "
