Built by innovators in construction in Manhattan, the structure has concrete and insulation floors that yield a quietness that is unsurpassed. Apartment was a little hard to find but once we knew where it was, no issues. We had a good time, clean place, updated and comfortable.

Nice Getaway!

We had plenty of space and it had everything we needed. We even asked for a coffee pot verses Keurig and had it the same day!! Quiet location and close to most things without being over priced. Dated exterior could use a face-lift.

Convenient for game day

Close to campus for the football game. Unable to reach manager to request late checkout when heavy snow changes out plans. Check in process was easy and the property was comfortable and clean.
