Graduation Stay
Came into town for my doctoral graduation with my kids and sisters. This was a perfect place for us. Great location and size and so close to everything I needed to be near! Also, we managed to get locked out at one point and the hosts were so quick to help me get back into the house. Excellent stay!!

A Few Days to Visit Out Daughter on Campus
House has been nicely re-done. Very clean and comfortable to stay there. Communication with the host was good with quick responses. Beds are okay, very soft. We would stay there again.

Cute little Spot
Super coinvent little spot close to campus and walking distance to AggieVille. We times it out as a 9 minute walk. Parking in the back was spacious we enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect for a football weekend in Manhattan. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and in a good location. The owner was prompt to respond when we had questions. We’d stay again!

This house is sweet and cozy with comfy beds. And it is only 4 blocks from my students house. I highly recommend this house for a small group.

Perfect Location
This home is located in a neighborhood across the street from the K-State campus. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had extras such as coffee at the home. I was impressed and happy I chose this spot while attending my brother’s graduation.

Clean Cozy Little Home near Campus
Great little house very conveniently located near campus & Aggiville. We were in town for a long weekend to visit our college daughter; this house was a perfect place to be "home base" for the weekend The house was spotless and comfortable. Check in/out was super easy. Little touches like the USB charging stations in the bedrooms were much appreciated. The owners were very responsive during the booking process. We had no issues & no need to contact them during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Manhattan.

You know how sometimes you walk into a VRBO and are disappointed, photos make it look larger than it is in real life, amenities just don't live up to expectations -- that is absolutely NOT THE CASE here. Not sure I have had a more perfect VRBO stay. Pictures online 100% reflect what you see when you walk in, maybe in person is even better than the pics. House has all the amenities you need, but not tons of extras that make the place feel cluttered. Our family of 4 had a great stay! If we ever find ourselves back in Manhattan we'll definitely be repeat customers.

"Going Home"
I selected this property from many in Manhattan, KS. I had lived in Manhattan from 1960 to 1978. I grew up at 920 Ratone, right across the street from this VRBO house, 923 Ratone. I truly did not know I was renting this house. All I knew was that it was in the very basic area between Juliette St. and KSU-Aggieville. So, when I saw the address on the VRBO site I could not believe it! this VRBO house at 923 Ratone was owned during my childhood by a lovely family and the 2 young girls and I were the best of friends. I came over to play with them a lot and used the sidewalk and other sidewalks in the neighborhood constantly.This house generally, for my needs with one lifelong friend was perfect! We felt like it was home and I especially did! Everything about the house was perfect The alley and all of them in this area of town are an extra plus. I even miss the alleys in Manhattan. So, yes, wonderful experience!!!!!
