Cosy warm bungalow close to all amenities. Bathrooms, big deck, nice and private. Lovely kitchen with all the amenities needed in the kitchen with the best Fish and Chip shop in Mangonui Aotearoa NZ Fully fenced house with gated entrance. Parking for 4 standard cars. Good neighbours and quiet neighbourhood.
30 minutes to Kaitaia and 40 minutes to Kerikeri. Close to all bays and room for your boat and jet skis.
The 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house has everything you need for that special break away.
Special conditions:
Prices are for 2 people. Extra guests are charged at $40 per person per night.
Failure to disclose extra guests in the house will not be tolerated and can result in immediate termination of stay.
Parties at anytime are strictly prohibited.
Rates are inclusive of all your bedroom and bathroom linen.
Prices for Public Holidays may vary so please ask for these rates. No charge for children under 1 if own bedding is brought.
There is also speed bumps on the driveway and all lowered cars find it hard to go over the speed bumps.

great location to Mangonui
Big beautiful home which is great for bigger families with teenage children with plenty of comfy couches and outdoor living. On our arrival parts of this property had not been cleaned by the previous tenants. You are expect to complete the exist clean yourself and make up your own beds on arrival with the clean linen that is available. Fridge/freezer had lots of food items in it that was expired and taking up value space. It is great it is dog friendly and fully fenced but the fence palings do not go completely to the ground meaning that neighbours dogs do come into the property and our dog would be able to escape. It would be easy to have the code to the lockbox a day before so there is no issues with access. An information book would be useful with details on how to operate the gas cooktop, and walkways to Mangonui with details would be handy. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.
