"This place was perfect for our stay - just a short drive to local restaurants, beaches and the golf course. It’s very very private even though close to the owners’ house. It’s compact but stylish with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good hot water supply and the kitchen has everything for cooking but an oven. "The property is exactly as shown in photos not a lot of room outside for the dog but it has a small fenced area so ok for little dogs. Very close to other houses but is quiet will need the car to get supplies. Surprised only one tv but loads of games for kids. Nice beds but a little hard. For the price it’s very expensive as just stayed at Waiheke and got a heated swimming pool and spa included for almost the same price Matakana is expensive and no beach views or country outlook.
