The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a living area with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and American coffee machine, table and chairs for 6 people, sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, double bedroom (160x190cm) , bedroom with French bed (140x190cm) and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, Wi-Fi.

Inside the property, completely fenced, you will have at your disposal a reserved table, chairs and umbrella in the courtyard, overlooking the garden and the playground, to enjoy your meals in the open air, a reserved parking space, a shared BBQ area ( 2 wood/charcoal BBQs + 2 tables with benches), shared swimming pool with children's pool (the pool is completely fenced and has a gate to ensure safety for children), outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers), park games, ping pong table, washer and dryer for a fee.

The large park will allow you to relax in the sun or in the shade of olive trees and other trees.

From the main entrance you can enter and exit either by car or on foot/by bike, from the back of the residence you can exit on foot and reach the lively center of Montinelle and the port of Dusano.

Villa S. Caterina is a 20th century Art Nouveau building, located in the immediate vicinity of the small church of the same name, in the small village of Gardoncino in Manerba del Garda. The ancient holiday home of the Brescian bourgeoisie is immersed in a centenary park and offers its guests an enchanting view of the Valtènesi and the morainic hills.

The structure houses 16 apartments, for purely tourist use, of different sizes and types. During the skilful renovation, some original elements were kept unchanged.
