"I stayed at this property for 4 days. It’s a very beautiful space, very clean and relaxing. I felt very safe and Rachel was very easy to communicate with it. All questions were answered right away. I highly recommend Palms at Avista and would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a clean, safe comfortable and relaxing space with easy access to the town, this is the space for you. "This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed."

It is very large, the hot water works, the jacuzzi tub fills, beds are comfy, pillows are ample, kitchen well stocked, and the view is awesome. The owner, Troy and his co-host are very friendly and communicative. Temperatures in Mandeville average 72 degrees, so the cool breeze that flows through this hillside home is divine, but there are also a/c units for those who want it. "The apartment needs home improvements it smells like mold and the kitchen window was very dirty and also the mats on the floor, and I paid for washer and dryer but I didn’t get any in the apartment."
