"I cannot say enough great things about this hotel from the grand lobby the ultra fast check-in, the amazing service provided by every staff member. I came in contact with to the great food in the restaurants. I was beyond pleased and look forward to my next stay at this hotel. It’s convenient to the airport made my early morning check in a breeze. Also, no review of this hotel would be complete without stating how amazing the lasagna was at the restaurant."

"Although the hotel's location was less than ideal, situated in what seemed to be an industrial estate, stepping into the lobby felt like entering an oasis of calm. The check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere inside was welcoming. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and pleasantly quiet, aside from some occasional door banging around 11:00 PM. "The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."

"The hotel is simple, but updated and clean. Room was a decent size. Plugs and air all worked. There is a small bar downstairs. Staff sent me to a nice pizzeria about 4-5 min walk away. There isn't much around, but it was well lit and the food was great. I had trouble getting the free airport shuttle and it doesn't drop exactly at the hotel. This is fine if you don't have much luggage. Pay for the hotel shuttle if you have heavy bags. "

"Couldnt really fault the hotel only there three nights and didnt eat in the restaurant as i was in the city so cant comment on that but its location isnt the best unless youre driving or willing to pay for taxis which can get expensive "
