Warm and inviting, this home features an open concept living area. On the main floor, string lights wrap the living room in a warm glow. Paired with dark wood accents and light walls, the ambiance here is cozy and nurturing. The wood stove, nestled by a textured stone wall, adds lovely crackling sounds. Floor to ceiling windows make the space feel almost like an atrium, giving you front row seats to the natural environment.

The dining area flows seamlessly into our fully stocked kitchen. Dining table seats four with two extra counter seats at the kitchen island. Is food your love language? Let the chef in your group entertain while cooking up a gourmet meal. Or hire a personal chef for a fun night in!

One bathroom and one private bedroom are located on this floor, just off the living room. Bedroom features a queen bed and a workspace.

Upstairs, our loft wraps around the focal point of the living room. Primary bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom are on this level. A private balcony sits beside the bedroom. Wake up to beautiful views and bird watch or stargaze from bed! One private bedroom with queen bed is on this level plus access to the large deck. Seating areas and a view of the LaPlatas await.

Another workspace is also on this level, overlooking the living room.

No TV, here it’s Planet Earth all day every day. High speed internet is available for your streaming or web surfing needs. Be sure to bring a laptop if you want to binge watch your favorite show!
