Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this incredible villa in Mancor de la Vall. It has capacity for 6 people and a beautiful private pool with spectacular views of the island.
After a day full of activities, nothing better than a relaxing swim in the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3.5 and has a depth between 1.5 and 1.7 meters. The surrounding garden is perfect for sunbathing on sunbeds. Then, the porch next to the house is your meeting place to share a delicious barbecue or a drink watching the wonderful sunset over the island. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The interior of the two-story house surprises with its modern and bright style. The living room, dining room and kitchen occupy the same practical and functional space where you can watch satellite TV, enjoy family meals and cook on the ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the main floor. Upstairs, there are the 3 bedrooms, all with air coniditioning: the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower; another bedroom with twin beds and the last one with a trundle bed. The first floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the house is equipped with oil central heating as well as a cot and a high chair for your baby.

Mancor de la Vall is a beautiful village at the foot of the mountains with the basic services for an independent stay. Inca, 5 km away, is a city that offers more shops and services in addition to a traditional market that takes place every Thursday. Mancor is also the perfect starting point for excursions both on foot and by bicycle, for example to Santa Lucía, Lluc, Ses Fonts Ufanes or the mythical Caves of Campanet. And if you want a beach, the closest is 32 km away, the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcúdia.

Such a beautiful villa
Such a beautiful villa. Great location if you are looking to explore the island. The views from the villa are stunning and the amenities are great. The owner is very helpful and delivered fresh eggs, fruit and home grown veg for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation recommending.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit der ganzen Familie und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
Das Haus liegt am Rande eines Ortes mit einem historischen Ortskern. Abseits des Massentourismus. Mit einem fantastischen Blick in süd-östlicher Richtung. Alles war Perfekt für eine Familie. Morgens wecken die Schafe, Hühner, Hunde und ein Esel. Das Haus ist sehr sauber übergeben und ist man erstmal angekommen und durch den Vermieter eingewiesen, kommt man gut ohne weitere Hilfe aus. Fahrradfahren, Wandern oder mit dem Auto die Insel erkunden. Alles ist möglich.

Eine wirklich schöne Finca in einem wunderschönen Ort, mit sehr schönen Häusern und sehr netten Menschen. Der Gastgeber war am Anreisetag vor Ort und hat sich alle Mühe gegeben um uns herzlich Willkommen zu heißen. Es gab sogar frische Eier von den Hühnern auf dem Grundstück. Wir hatten eine Wunderschöne Woche und können das Haus nur empfehlern

Alle Bilder aus dem Netz entsprechen der Realität - das haben wir bisher noch nicht oft erlebt. Ein tolles Haus, ein toller Garten mit Pool, tolle Vermieter - ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für moderate Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Der Ort selbst ist sehr schön, nette Leute.

Super Ferienhaus
Besitzer war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Konnten uns trotz Sprachbarriere (er spricht nur spanisch) super mit ihm verständigen. Ferienwohnung sehr idyllisch gelegen, Haus sehr sauber, toller Garten mit Pool. Alles war prima.
