The Experience
La Campanina is a characterful small family villa situated in the lower Maremma - a still relatively wild territory in the Southern part of Tuscany - with the ancient hamlet of Poggio Capanne at walking distance, with bar/restaurant.  As far as the eye can see the view from the house is on rolling hills and uncontaminated countryside, where you may even gaze at roes and deer.
Having a wood-stove and a central underfloor heating, the house is also perfect for off-season gateways for enjoying the nearby spa or for exploring the region.
After arriving at La Campanina you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.
