"This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed."

"Excellent location to relax! We spent our days reading our books and lounging at the villa or at the beach. Villa was clean, well kept, and very charming. Miss Cassie is an amazing cook and has a beautiful personality. The whole family loved all her meals which were excellent and first class and we also enjoyed our grocery shopping trip! :) Host communications were great with no issues whatsoever. Would return in a heartbeat. "

"To be clear, this is not a 5 star resort, but does provide a 5 star experience, and great value for your spend. To summarize:Connections - flawless. You call the driver by cell (or text) when you clear customs, and he's there almost immediately to pick you up. Think twice if you plan to rent a vehicle; the roads in many locations are terrible. It's about a 2 1/2 drive from the airport to Villa.Accommodations - the Villa itself is a little tired. Reminded us of a well used rental cottage. But...

"My stay at Fantasy Villa was everything I dreamed of and so much more. Mat’s video sold me, but walking into the villa? Pure magic. I celebrated my 50th with eight of my favorite people, and we’re already planning our return.Alex was a rockstar—drinks always cold, food always hot, and we never missed a meal. Chef Jean is a culinary goddess. We were fighting over the bacon, and don’t get me started on the jerk chicken, curry goat, ribs, pancakes—everything was perfection.And let me tell you about...

"Our entire family of 13 stayed 8 days. Location was great, Lashings bar / restaurant 500 feet away. We went thru the bar to get to the beach. Visited Pelican bar, had fresh lobster delivered to our house, which we cooked on the grill. Cleveland and Valerie were great to us, they provided a ride to go shopping, cooked a welcome meal and a Jamaican meal for us. Very satisfied. "

"Overall impressions of property was fantastic, great, comfortable, clean, spacious. Pool & spa - kids loved this! Co-host Cee Cee - kept regular check-in with us. Challenges- broken/cracked kettle not replaced during our stay - had to boil water on stove/ cooker. Had power cut which caused damage to water heater - no hot water for a week but maintenance man came and sorted very quickly! Driver - time management was an issue - he made arrangement to go shopping but failed to appear....

"I came to this property with a large group (16 of us in total) and everything was beyond expectations. The villa property itelf is simply breathtaking - from the extensive grounds, water features, gardens, gazebo, masssage huts and main house itself - lovely!! The staff as well was super pleasant and easy to work with. They had a pleasant demeanor and met every unique request that we had of them. I miss this place already and cannot wait to return!"

"This property was beautiful well taken care of and my room was gorgeous. It was my birthday celebration and they even put a little banner on my door as a surprise. I was greeted with a drink and told "happy birthday" everywhere I went. There was always something to do with the 6 restaurants night live band AI room, live dancers, beach pool, gym u name it. The location was prime as well as its right between Mo Bay and Ocho Rios. I definitely would come back with my children as it is also family friendly. Uroy I miss your friendlyness each time I came into the lobby!!... the Only downer was that there were no hotubs outside by the pool area as the pool was a little cold. Other than that i miss this beautiful property and highly recommend. "
