Spacious 2 bed/2 bath single story home with ocean views from multiple rooms. Fully fenced backyard includes separate fenced dog run and kennel. Enjoy the backyard with beautiful mature garden, while listening to the ocean. Room for multiple cars onsite.

Quiet relaxing location that is a few minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot to the beautiful and private 6 mile Irish Beach, a pass key for the gated entrance is included with your stay.

Within 30-45 minutes are many shops, restaurants, galleries, beaches and VIEWS stretching from Gualala to the south and Fort Bragg to the north.

We offer free wi-fi, large screen TV and have a variety of games and books to enjoy. Futon in sitting room and pull out chair in living room provide additional sleeping areas.

Tranquil and beautiful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nirvaughna 2! The house is just as beautiful, cozy, and comfortable as it looks in the photos. The backyard patio area is an absolute oasis, and the house itself is wonderful and well-stocked. We enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare most meals, and found it had just about everything we needed (including an air fryer). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, great for taking a stroll as the streets are quiet without much traffic at all. The views can't be beat - it's wonderful to look out the windows at the ocean view, and check out the local wildlife - birds galore, as well as several deer. If you're into games or jigsaw puzzles, the house is very well stocked - you won't get bored!

My husband, toddler and I absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-stocked. We loved the gorgeous, fully fenced backyard - perfect for our toddler to run around while we enjoyed soaking up the sun and taking in the flowers. You can see the ocean from part of the backyard as well as the front yard and there were some beautiful sunsets. The soaking tub and heated floor in the Master bathroom were also lovely and made the stay feel truly luxurious! Check in was easy and communication was clear. We come to this area frequently because we have family nearby and this is our favorite place that we’ve stayed at so far! We hope to be back.

Great Home in Irish Beach
My wife and I recently returned from staying 6 nights at Karen’s property in Irish Beach, Ca. This was our second time at her home and we found it to be even better than the first time. The fenced yard for our two pups is a great benefit. Very clean dog friendly home, with sharp knives. I hate dull knives so common in rental properties! Large king sized bed, spectacular master bath, great TV…I could go on. Highly recommended.

Perfect.
Very, very comfortable. Spacious, clean, lovely backyard, great main suite. Our 2.5 year old, very active grandson loved sitting at the windows to watch the deer or listening to the wind chimes on the front porch. Our only regret is that our son's dog will probably be too big for next year.

Great getaway
The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. The house is very dog friendly without being dirty at all. The backyard has everything you could hope for with lovely landscaping. You can view the ocean from the front rooms of the house and porch. I found myself sitting out front for hours. Access to a private beach is just the cherry on top. The area is remote so be prepared to travel a bit for food but once you're stocked you're set. I only regret not spending more time at the house and really should have booked another two or three days.

We absolutely loved your home, including our four-legged companions! From the moment we walked through the door, we knew our stay was going to be a good one. There is no skimping on amenities, quite impressive. Such as the fully stocked kitchen, excellent WiFi and entertainment system, massive game cabinet, plenty of seating inside and out, corn hole, ping one, foos ball, bbq, fire pit (including firewood!), dog friendly backyard with kennel, and everything was working in excellent condition. Honestly, you could not tell that the home is a rental. We appreciate you opening up your home, and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Liked: - Functional kitchen - Bedrooms/ bathrooms on opposite ends of the house - Breakfast sitting next to kitchen with windows to look out to the ocean. - Pet friendly environment - Beach access keycard - The variety of games to pass time Disliked: - Lining Room and Dining Room being a bit dark - No code access to the garage (tried keypad with code for the key lock box but unsuccessfully) - No description for garage access ( yes or no) - Felt unsafe without phone service in case of emergency !!!!Overall we enjoyed the house and parked in the garage assuming it was okay.!!!!

Our family loved this home. Interior is so welcoming, comfortable and designed to visit, play games, watch movies and enjoy the wood burning stove. Outside is an expansive deck, BBQ and fire pit. We loved the decor. Our dog loved the deers and birds, and walking on the nearby beaches. There were two beds for him!

Worth the drive!
We loved our vacation here so much. Karen and her manager are easy to work with. They are the best kind of vacation rental owners-- easygoing and accessible. The house is super clean and well appointed-- add in the giant tub, fenced yard for the dogs, and an easy ten-minute drive to the private dog-friendly beach--- this rental is truly paradise! We only left the house to go to the beach and walk the dogs. And sleeping with the windows open to hear the ocean was wonderful. I highly recommend!

One of the Best in Irish Beach
We have been visiting Irish Beach for over 10 years and have stayed at a variety of rental properties. This one is at the top of the list. Nice distant ocean view, lots of hot water (you can fill that gorgeous tub!), well stocked kitchen, great fenced yard for the dogs and the I appreciated the personal responses to our emails!
